Nothing to dislike but disappointment in terms of recognition, bonus payments and increments. Also people are less professional here.

Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.
