About salary. Putting hold on employees salary, appraisal and other things are the barrier which is the most worst thing for any organisation.

Health insurance is not good, you will get maternity benifit only if you have s*x after joining the company. If you conceived during your last job, this company's insurance won't cover it. Weird but truth.

Managers often neglect team mates contribution. Average company policies, very average salary hike.

Not good for career growth, managers are free to give any opinion about team mates and are main career stoppers for team, that should be critically verified.

Poor Management, Worst work life balance, unable to hire resources on time, Poor KT provided to new joinees, vague expectations from resources, appraisals/promotions always get delayed and postponed, give pennies in the name of bonus, bonus is taken back if resource leaves organisation before March/April, no fun fridays or such activities.

The company culture is awfully bad. No Diwali gifts The tools used by the company are not so user friendly There's no guidance from human resources and no connects with them No trainings are provided to a new resource and they are pushed into client accounts directly
