Female employees are molested by the HODs of the sister company GKD. Foul language and confidence degrading comment are used by the department head. Every day is a new rule for working and every day rules change. Strict documentation process with unnecessary formats. CEO lacks proper knowledge of business and operations & not able to express what kind of data he needs.

Nothing, workstation is not good, you will get sarcastic talks.

Workstation is not good, not feeling better while working, no activities, no environment, there is a some anonymous scared of CEO. There is bad facilities for employees, increment is not on tym, less increment although company is growing in terms of sales and profits. U completed your work u sit idle somehow they will give you some unnecessary work although this is not related to you.
