Thay have a proper HR system for attendence, salary, company policies etc. But everything depends upon your senion, actually he can proxy everything.

Higher authorities are not properly aware of the condition of Lower layer staffs. And they didnt even want to know about that.

No facilities other than ESIC. Salary was very low as per market standard also as per the skill and quality of an employee.

Sypplied with Mask, hand Satitizers & Cleaning items for resources engaged on supporting Clients running essential services.

Wizertech is a good company to work with, if you want to stay in an organization for long this is the Company. People are cooperative enough.
