...not the iota of decency to tell the candidates whether they got selected or not. On top of that firstly they do not even have the bandwidth to pay a decent salary yet they want an experienced professional and then they have a pathetic Test that seems like a test I am giving for NASA and not a meagre job role with a low salary. So the management needs to buckle up and have some professionalism.

ZERO Job Security Client is always right mentality. Minimal to no recognition for working efficiently. Flexible hours but usually go up to 12-14 hrs a day. No work-life balance. You're expected to do whatever task is assigned to you even though it doesn't come under your JD and without any compensation. Below average working environment. No flow of projects.

Likes

The office location is good. If you're looking to work in a startup and be scrappy instead of polished, then it might be a good place. Not for everyone. Team bonding is good and people try to have each other's backs, not same for all departments though.

Dislikes

A lot things starting from the ops lead's behaviour and politics to being rude, dominant and agressive with everyone. She will make sure things don't run smoothly for you. She is kind of forced to micromanage on the CEO's advice since he always needs to look good and be a marketer first, not a human. The team bonding is strong but top level management culture is poor. Their tactics are gimmicky.
