Work culture is great here, you are free to ask anything to your seniors they will treat u like a brother. Even Managers are very friendly. You will never feel like you are working alone. A team is already behind you that is ready to help you. HR is also very supportive in all situations.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I live the fact that I part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global projects. The company work on many domains like Health Care, Finance, Broadcasting and IOT. The company has diverse cultural background, the team here work happily in collaboration. You can work from home if needed. Leave policy is as per industry norms. There is a process of giving training to fresher and make them more technical aware. I feel like home at the Wittybrains.
