No vision on company growth. Focused on increasing head count. Do not want to create values and culture, just focused on the profit. You need to take lots of interview without any pay.

Wissen is a growth-oriented company. Very good platform for the technical team. Company values and policies are employee friendly. Tax-saving benefits like Flexi are very useful. Client location also gives the benefit to Wissen employees.

Worked on internal tools of the client where there is no scope of learning. Hikes and salary is very low. When you join they say minimum hike of 30 percentage. Gives you 5-10 percent hike in which half of the component is retention bonus No work life balance. Managers just hear your problems and says that's how everywhere things works You are forced to have 98 percent attendance and no flexibility in using your own leaves which lapse.
