Initial pay structure is good but don’t expect any hike.

No clarity on increments , if client rating is good then it won’t be considered during appraisal and they will pick their own set of criteria for not giving hike and if it’s bad then anyways you are not getting hike. The biggest downside is that They give leaves but will ask you not to take it and if you take leaves then that will hamper your performance. Interview count is considered during appraisal and it is expected you invest extra hours/ weekends for interviews and you don’t get paid for those hours. Expected to complete POC’s outside your working hours which they will use to get more business, but yes as usual you won’t be paid anything and also your increment will be affected.

Horrible company nothing to like here, company has a new rule now stating that existing employees cannot write anything negative about the company and funny part is that they have requested the to report any negative reviews to their PR team ! I wish I could rate them 0 stars but sadly there is no such option in ambition box

Almost everything is bad here I need a day to eloborate on the same. 1) Salary hike is very low, most part of the hike includes bonus, if you want to keep the bonus, you need to work with this company for another 1 year, you are also forced to take interviews without pay ! 2) no job security, they have very limited clients, they will fire you if they cannot place you in one of their clients, they don't have any internal project as they claim, it's a staffing company, and mind you client interview is very difficult to crack as their clients are top product companies and they charge them heavily 3) Company has few favourite employees who are close to ED's only they get promoted and these Employees treat other employees very rudely, if you complain to HR or ED no action will be taken against them, there were incidents were few women employees were sexually abused by some senior employee of this firm and no action was taken against him ! rather the women employee had to leave the firm 4) you can be removed from project any time from the client, and wissen will not care, no one in bench is getting any client interviews, so they will be fired immediately without any remorse. 5) if you put down your papers if you are on some project then you will not be relieved, rather your notice period will be extended ! No one will care after you put down your papers, there will be no response from HR or your manager 6) company is adding lots of fake positive reviews in public sites to portray a fake positive image, so don't believe these reviews, they have dedicated PR team whose 24 hours job is to remove bad reviews and post fake positive reviews, so talk to some employees or ex employees to get real picture of this fake company ! Be very careful

Worked on internal tools of the client where there is no scope of learning. Hikes and salary is very low. When you join they say minimum hike of 30 percentage. Gives you 5-10 percent hike in which half of the component is retention bonus No work life balance. Managers just hear your problems and says that's how everywhere things works You are forced to have 98 percent attendance and no flexibility in using your own leaves which lapse.

Salary on time. Few great mentors. Good Investment banking client. If working on client location cab will be free.

Dislikes

No vision on company growth. Focused on increasing head count. Do not want to create values and culture, just focused on the profit. You need to take lots of interview without any pay.

... be ready to help you when you need it. Compensation and benifits are very good. They pay variable pay and bonuses up front, very rarely I have seen it in any of the company.
