They will say anything when they need immediate joining when they hire you but you will not get anything after you Hired and the managers are very worst they don’t even ask why you leaving job

...ager is rude she don’t have any knowledge I don’t know why she’s manager? My last month salary hold they will not provide my salary. HR teams playing a double meaning game. One of richest HR’s of there’ because every one is here CEO. HR’s are not replying the msg and mail even my manager also. It’s means overall worst company.

No one bothers or breath down the neck. Although this depends on the manager.

1) No great leadership to look upto. The CEO cannot articulate his thoughts properly in English. 2) Completely client driven and clients' opinion is ultimate. 3) Overall culturally not very enriching

Nothing is there to like in Wissen Infotech just because of one Manager (Milan) and HR (Priyanka)

...id that it will be permanent employ with Wissen Infotech and agreed with 16 LPA. Now the twist here after completion of both the rounds, Manager said that it is contract with 3 months and he told me to join with less package what I was getting from the current company. How can any engineer join with the less package? Interview scheduled by HR - Priyanka Technical round by - Mohan Manager round by - Milan (I believe that he is not capable enough to take decisions about). company frame is getting degraded with these kind of person. Note: Apologies if my comment is harsh here. Note: I am not an employ with Wissen Infotech, I just had taken the time frame to submit the review.

They gave training on AWS which good for those who don't know much about technology, but I was already good at AWS and DevOps. So, my time was not used as productively as expected. I regret working here.

Dislikes

No projects for AWS, just hired candidates and giving less salary. And, as promised they never gave work related to AWS they were giving roles related to some other technology. They demand for original educational certificates and when not submitted they will hold your salary. This happened with me. They did not give any experience letter and only I know what I am going through.
