Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Working in WT gives a larger scope to work on different projects ,as there are only couple of people working on every projects,you can explore lot of strategies and totally work on your own ,which in a way is good to improve your technical skills ,team is helpful all the time

Salary is comparatively low as per current market.Work pressure is also high.Also there is no on-job training to freshers ,so they have to learn on own which might consumes lot of time .however ,the company is good for freshers or entry level grads .
