Hi, There is career growth is okay but salary structure is not good enough for long term.

The company is totaly do about to fullfill the financial things. this company is working as s mediator to provide the service to the customer and build the relationship to the bank and the customer

I like everything about wishfin, wether its about salary or work culture everything is perfect. Importantly they provides opportunities to inexperienced people also along with good package.

Super senior staff is very good in nature and knowledge. i have learnt a lot from Business Head about how to grow business and all other things.

Dislikes

Employee can’t get benefits according to their work. Extra hours stretch but no extra money according to their salary. politics is too much. favourism is too much. if front of favouritism performer will not get benefit. Manager always wants to make their money . They don’t care if emp doing their 200% in the company if they will not get their benefit then emp extra work is ntng to them.
