Salary hike and promotion are not one employee should expect as compared to their work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign.

Medical policy that is providing by wipro is extremely good and wipro cares about it's employees.

Salary hikes will not be proporational to your efforts putting in project. Won't provide decent hikes to employees. There no bunus as other company's are providing to their customers.

A college like team. Most of the employees are stipend employees who Re doing wase and wista under bond. This makes one easier to adjust into the projects and helps to co ordinate efficiency

Dislikes

Compensation is not that great. But decent enough. Critical projects make u work more than 12 hrs with early morning and late night calls. I agree it depends on project , account and team

Learning new technologies through WebEx trainings helps a lot.
