I have been in Kolkata Wipro for 10 years And I like the work culture, going office talking to everyone, makes the job little less stressful

...arted cutting off the qplc Till now I used to get 100% and sometimes even more Qplc is part of our salary cutting that to 80% I truly dislike

Job Security, Good ambience, Good work-life benefits, decent employee benefits and there are couple of good company policies.

Dislikes

...they give you access to all sorts of training, they wont take you for that role. Compensation is terrible if you are long term employee.

Wipro is a nice place to work where we have work life balance.But no hike or compensation is given with respect to performance.They will not concentrate on retaining the worth employees.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
