Good company only for job stability and retirement but not for people who want to grow with years of experience. You get stuck in the visious cycle of low paid remuneration where appraisal is peanuts and promotions does not happen quickly everything lay arounds policies that are in benefit of the organisation. Employee is always judged and the CTC is always under paid as compared to other company standards. It demotivates and lowers down' the self-esteem and morale to work in Wipro.

Dislikes

Low pay scale, correction of CTC is not corrected here, less onsite opportunities and many restrictions for upscaling skills due to policies and a bifurcation between benefits 2 domains WT and DOP where DOP employees are not treated as a WT employee when it comes to daily shift allowance and other medical benefits and band progressions.

Likes

...nure being not too long - just right so that I got to work on multiple projects. Variable pay always got above 70%. 3 days wfo in a week and on top of that get 30 days WFH exceptions in a year. So effective 114 days WFO in a year which is fine and gives flexibility . Leaves policy is good with 21 annual leaves and 5 wellness leaves in a year.Health insurance is priced reasonably.

Dislikes

Wipro does not provide transportation for general shift employees and some projects don't have ODCs at a particular location but still you are required to visit office and work from general ODC

It’s a usual company. Nothing much to describe more about. In a positive manner.

Dislikes

1. Less pay 2. Employees were not supposed to work or open their device in cafeteria. 3. No seats or sofas were provided to sit which were removed from corridors. 4. AC is switched off from cafeteria after breakfast hours.

Only some good colleague and timely salary and benefits.

1. Below Third class manager. (Mine was: Mr. Vijay T, from Telangana) 2. Below Third class work culture. (Mine was: Hyderabad Gachibowli phase 3) 3. Below Third class Job satisfaction. 4. Below third class job stableness. 5. Below Third class internal and client managers. (Mine client was: Microsoft India, Mgr: Ravindra Jain) 6. Below third class policies.
