The work culture was great under reporting manager. Might be that he made it look so nice. Work environment is fabulous.

Dislikes

The salary packages or the pay scale offered to freshers as well as to the tenured ones are just negligible and I would say a disaster. Rest everything was fine except the salary packages that we all work for.

Variable pay cheating. Old infrastructure. Poor IT department rotating old refurbished laptop. Bad food and beverages. Low pay. No growrh in role. No scope for job rotation. Poor bench policy. Slow or No Band progression. Incompetent manager's and political scenario. No hike.

Employee benefits but specific project management interfere ln it.

Dislikes

...every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Management try to reduce your salary. You can see you package will increase but reduce you in hand salary. Any time management fire you without any reason when they need to reduce FT.

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.
