...% hike. Get Promotion to Lead and above (Architect/PM) is extremely difficult. You will hardly get full variable pay. Only Suggestion is not to stay there for long time if you want growth.

Salary hike is very poor even if rating is excellent for back to back three years. Appraisal is totally dependent on 1 person i.e Delivery Manager. Even if you raise your voice, nothing will happen. HR is just a expectator i.e. they will follow management.

In Wipro I like 1. Wide range of career opportunities. 2. Training's 3.Process.

...ime we need to do months of followup for approvals (especially with finance). 3.Very Very Low compensation. 4.Sometime your manger will be lesser experience and maturity than you. 5.Appraisals are just for name sake. It wont actually linked with your performance. All your manger decides.

Everything is terrible now. Lot of politics came in. Salary very low and no hike. New policies regarding appraisals have no logic and are harmful for employees.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
