Work life balance in the projects in which I have worked till then.

Dislikes

No salary increase since 2 and half year. Internal team politics, favouritism in ratings. Jab safety is volatile. Can’t say what happened in which movement.

No promotions and appraisal as per experience and less salary hike as compared to market only when you join this company you can ask for good offer after that no one care even HR not call about your appraisal rating and promotion.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
