You get appreciated for the work you do but that completely depends on how your manager showcase it in upper level.

...ng your best managers will only provide some vantage point if they wish to give. Salary hike or bonus is negligible. If you’re in any internal project then forget about any hike.

My experience is good so far because I am working at a client location and then working from home, never worked at Wipro campuses. I enjoy other benefits because of working at a client location, We don't get any perks and food from Wipro. Based on my other parameters It is overall good company. For freshers just take enough exp and leave it.

Low pay. Low annual hike%. No Job security.

Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.

...inated), Very very less pay and its upto manager to retain or remove employees No extra incentives like team outing or bonus or coupons .Managers use fund fir private motive.HR are the worst , never ready to look into employees concern No working hours..made to work from early morning till late night without any extra shift payments in certain teams.
