Wipro the company for the best employees and it is good for the engineer according to my criteria . The company is very good in the satisfaction and the all service provided are very good and predictable .

Dislikes

The only thing that was believed to be a weak link was Wipro's salary structure. Many employee's including me were upset when the freshers who joined the company get the same or more salary than people with 1-2 yr experience. Hike in salary was always a miracle. We used to be eagerly waiting for it but it rarely happened. This would clearly tell you about our frustration.

Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

Dislikes

Earning money only enginners in the any MNC or product based company . Now the developers only not getting proper projects and salaries cuts

I love working with Wipro, as it provides many opportunities to enhance skills and encourages learning new ones

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro

It varies from project to projects, but in my experience everything was smooth. Excellent work environment with flexibility Very supportive colleagues Lot of learning opportunities No toxicity in my team I am in a dev role , experiences might be different with any other role specially support role.

Compensation is very low
