Dislikes

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Dislikes

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

Still 60 days are remaining in my notice period to end. But during interview I told the recruiter as my LWD is 2nd March. So now how to tackle them because if I tell them the correct date then I m sure they will not wait for me and will choose another candidate.
