It has a good resource for training that too in some top technologies. Wipro spends much on training of its associates. I possess a huge repsect about it. Opportunities are good in projects. Work life balance is good.

management will not recognised the employees properly, instead of taking out source employee,if Wipro will pay proper percentage of hike to the employees, they will put more effort
