Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Salary and compensation is terrible. There is a Delivery manager called Shujaat Rather the worst person I have worked ever with. He can turn voluntary resignation to involuntary one. A terrible tyrant !!
