Completely horror show in GDO account. No transparency in management. Few lazy individuals how are being in account like more than 10+ yrs they are leading the account like their own business. HR 👎🏻 HR never care about the employee concern where found managers are arrogant in work culture. More over HR is most active on raising PIP and PAP rather than findings and understanding.

As far as you know how handle things professionally and take decision on critical things on your own all good, no micro management manager reach out with list of task which needs to be completed within specified time. That's it. Promotion and appraisal more than merit depends upon bonding with management.

Work pressure is nominal. Salary is always credited in your account on time. There is 100% job security. Compensation is only good for those who joined the organization after gaining some experience. You will get an exposure to the world top corporate companies.

HR management, Company's policies, Poor compensation, very low annual increment, poor management, Limited opportunities within the organization and if you get selected then you wont get a desired hike/pay. Always oppress the employees. You cannot raise your voice against anything. Very poor people management.

No fair promotion opportunities, Granting salary hike is biased from practice. Promotions are not based on work in project but rather based on practice contributions and on the "will" of higher managers working in practice.
