No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

General store helper earns more compared to Wipro Employees Leadership is too bad No proper salary increments No timely promotions and more politics Cornering the employees with targets

My experience is good so far because I am working at a client location and then working from home, never worked at Wipro campuses. I enjoy other benefits because of working at a client location, We don't get any perks and food from Wipro. Based on my other parameters It is overall good company. For freshers just take enough exp and leave it.

I Lost my 15+ Years carrier after joining Wipro as a Team lead. They just take you immediately when they have requirements and they will push you on bench when they want. You wont get a single replacement option even though you have a long experience. They focus only locals like kollkata team will safe there staff, chennai will safe their staff and I am from Visakhapatnam so no one will talk about you. From Visakhaptnam almo they fired 400+ employees. That to many of them are in bench in the joining date . That means wipros wfm and hiring team are very poor. They dont know exact howmany staff required including buffetstaf.
