I worked here 4 yrs they won't core first day to.last day my salary was same 15 k All things politics good for 1 yr worst company they won't understand promt employes concerns they use like sugar cane once juice comes they throw back like dustbin

Great working environment, team support and mostly i liked their upper management. For a fresher, it is a best place to work there.

As a third party employee, career growth is very slow and offering low salary. No skill training.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you
