...nt a lot there. Specially professionalism and hard work. How to handle pressure. Salary was bit less as comparetive to work load. But job satisfaction and security was there. Higher level management authority supports a lot not only in work field but also the personal. In Wipro you will learn a lot. A very very good start for the freshers specially. Had a very good experience with this company.

Breaks and bio breaks are very less and food was not provided by the company. Not even we use to get coupon. But many of their process they use to get. Other wise it was good.

Nothing is good here. No work life balance. Management is worst

...hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
