Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

While other aspects may be considered average in comparison to other service-based companies, the focus on job security stands out as a significant advantage.

You get appreciated for the work you do but that completely depends on how your manager showcase it in upper level.
