I liked the salary structure which have clear picture, no hidden matter. Hibrid system give lot of flexibility, pick and drop fesilities is good here.

Dislikes

Job security is the main fear here. Working environment also not friendly here always like tens full environment. I didn't know about other process but for my process in Kolkata it is the setuation. However it also stringent me eventually. These nagative things also helped me to discover new. So my gratitude for wipro will be always there. It helped me to take my career to next level.

...ised from my end. Very less/no perks and benefits on relocation to tier 1 city. Very less pay compared to work.

I have been working since 2019 and today my salary is 20000, i don't get paid enough considering my work. I have been leading a team and my salary is 20000. This is not enough for our day to day life. Also i have applied for salary advance which got rejected even though I have shared the admission form with them. Also the transport system is worst. I live in Moshi and I'm the one who is for moshi and they mapp the employee who live in Chinchwad gao it takes me 1.25 hrs to reach home.

Salary, Have applied for salary advance and got rejected, Wipro need fees receipt, you need Money to pay the fees so that you can have the receipt. No use of these policies when they can't help employees

1. Salary Structure (Not appropriate as per Experiance) 2. Shift Bonus not as commited 3. Apprisal too lenthey 4. HR policies change as convinent to HR only not employee oriented. 5. Managers wants out of the box work and employeea ask for remuneration then they show HR policies. 6. Mejor issue Transportation. If management required work from office they should arrange two way transport facility to employees.
