It is a fantastic company to work at and provides an ample amount of scope to grow

First reason very less for payscale for freshers compared to other organizations. Very less appraisals and hikes. Casuals environment no enthusiasm at all just like government job. Employees have to pay PF for them as well for company. Less care about employee.

You will get loads of work, but no good salary no growth

No appraisal, No promotion, less salary even they cut down your salary and you cannot complain about it, package is 3.5 LPA which is nothing now a days.

...there is practically no benefits and compensation are just a mere donations. They expect you to do everything for zero benefits and very very less salary. They treat freshers as expendables and cheap labours. They hire them in bulk allot them in any department as they like and will get new ones every year because most old freshers leave after a year due to all the above reasons.
