The conepany is supportive, but the process called Openreach is forcing people to work from home on critical circumstances, if employee's are not working due to lack of resources then Openreach process management is threatning them that they will deduct their salaries...Openreach in kolkata Wipro is asking employee to invest their salaries and support the process by taking broadband connection which cost around 3 to 4 thousand and later that will be rembureshed, on the other hand all other pocesses has already arranged for all needs and according to that they are making their employee work from home...This is a very big time management failure from wipro who is not looking onto the process management...

Wipro always focus on cost cutting which is good, but on the other hand employees are not being paid good salary according to the current economy...also wipro should look after their employees in terms of financial support.

One of the major reasons to work at Wipro is the brand name that is ruling the market. The company is famous and is considered one of the top 10 IT giants

...nd the dream job in Wipro because the assigne the task as per there requirement. As per the work pressure they are not provide the good salary.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Only one negative thought is Salary is very very less if salary is high our company should be top of the entire world. Every one have this issue Only.This is the reason for Dislike people. And one more thing cab issue for me there is no home pickup and drop daily I am travelling 10km to noodle point actually transport limite is 40km but my home is More than 40km can you please provide home pickup nd drop.given less salary in that I m using bus charges daily 50rs.

If you want to start your career in MNC then you can go for it. Job security is there which is important for most of the professionals

Salary is less, Work load is there, there aren't giving laptops for some processes you need to go office every day which is challenging. Favouritism is a part of this organisation's culture.
