Stable environment , Salary comes on last working day of the month, Cabs are provided for both sides, Strict in Performance, Achieve more than 100% so not to get to Bench. Even though my rating was 4 but they put me on bench. It was really hard finding another job after 1.5 years. Also I have joined wipro to retire from Wipro. But after process shutdown they laid off 2000 employees to bench services. After which we were moved to notice by default. Plus point is if you get good rating u might be getting good hike in increment depending upon how your process performs.

After moving to bench , Process movement is not easy and as per the domain any one call from any department like for Healthcare call is coming IT softwares. Interviews are really tough as they ask questions of shrinkage and attrition to agent level and not from the domain. mostly HR don't respond to bench users which is also very tough to get moved to other process or for doubts even with such a huge team of HR's. Other than this everything is quite cool.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Dislikes

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.
