Basically we get some salary that's why I come here for work

We working in same salary past 6 years No increment No space for change position If any post came to change position our management taking people from outside and that outside person asking us to how to work.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company polices are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low for vendor employees. Growth is very slow. There is no job security. Food is paid and no discount for vendor employees or low wages workers.

In salary wise its depend on your performance and skills in project but then also will not get that much hike or increament.

Food,cab,given future opportunities and learning a lot how life will survive.

Only one negative thought is Salary is very very less if salary is high our company should be top of the entire world. Every one have this issue Only.This is the reason for Dislike people. And one more thing cab issue for me there is no home pickup and drop daily I am travelling 10km to noodle point actually transport limite is 40km but my home is More than 40km can you please provide home pickup nd drop.given less salary in that I m using bus charges daily 50rs.
