Basically we get some salary that's why I come here for work

We working in same salary past 6 years No increment No space for change position If any post came to change position our management taking people from outside and that outside person asking us to how to work.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company polices are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low for vendor employees. Growth is very slow. There is no job security. Food is paid and no discount for vendor employees or low wages workers.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
