Salary growth won't be there for the long timers that is not only in Wipro. Which will be there in all service based company until we do a jump. There won't be any financial growth

1.There is no Birthday/anniversary gift 2.Even DIWALI Bonus & sweets also not offer 3.Not a single Trip arranged 4.Reagarsibg work....If u on bench for longer time then there is LOP.

In conclusion, it is my hope that Wipro can futher enhance its policies and practices to create a more satisfying and conductive work environment for longterm employees, enabling them to thrive and contribute effectively.
