Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

I like the Infrastructure and Compensation in Wipro. I like the Interview selection process in Wipro.

I will never recommend Wipro to anyone as I had worst experience within 3 months of joining. They did not allocate the project as per my skills and expertise and they compelled me to accept the project work. I resigned in 3 months.

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.
