Learning is good in wipro. They conducting various sessions, induction kind of classes to upskill ourselves. Helping to write costly exams by providing vouchers.

Dislikes

Salary was same as other IT services companies. And salary growth rate was decent when compared to other service companies.

If you're fresher you will have time to up skill yourself. Some practice management is good but most of them have their own rules to play with your life beside company policies . If you're experienced you need to be in project if not they will give you 45 days time after they try to terminate on bases of lack of skill some managers will force you to resign.

Dislikes

Salary and promotions if you're a fresher and elite batch then you will get retention bonus instead of hike based on rating. Those bonuses will have 2 years bond. This amount keep on increasing even your 3 months notice period salary is not enough to compensate company when you resign if you are not paying back you will not get experience letter . This is not only worst policy on freshers they have more worst policies for all employees in company.

I'm working for the organization from last 2.5 years, still didn't got an hike in my salary. Still I'm working on 3.5 LPA salary. I have upgraded my skills and also completed various certification that are required, still not use. Really disappointed by this behavior.

work life balance is good part about working in Wipro. Culture for everyone is great part.

Dislikes

Peanuts in the name of salary as it pays the lowest when compared to other MNCs. If you get a bad manager, you can't do anything and the life is mess then. the quarterly additional performance salary is paid after 2.months of quarter completion. and same for promotion and salary hike which is 6-7 months delay in the name of some excuses. Not a good place for freshers.

Only work life balance nothing else. If you want to start your career please don't join. This org only for those who are going to retire.

1. Salary: Package & Actual salary there is much more difference. 2. Benefits: Not as like IT org. Even for your own insurance you have to pay from your salary. 3. Working Culture: Worst class, no management control over the integrated team. Honest people used to their job & leased skill people throw's work in your bucket. 4. Learning: Not as such, you will get email & invitation from L&D, but actual it will connect. 5. Promotion & Increment: Forget about it. From last one n Half year not received.
