Atos is good company with above average ( nice) work culture , people generally have quite good work life balance and salary here. Appraisals are not much as compared to other MNC 's but the job security is good here . Learning and skill development is also nice as there are lot of courses offered each month by L and D Department of atos .

Dislikes

Lesser appraisals , lower team spirit while working , no much extra curricular activities or picnics and outings.

...thless they charge 437000 for 20 days and after that no security for placement.. and ask to join us the midlevel company and pay 1 lakh more to that company to get a job .. and Atos recruitment staffs are not good … not responding any calls and email.. it’s a fake service they provide …

I say only true, atos is not good for india because here management is not good, I'm properly submit all required procedure but why they hold my salary. My salary is hold to atos side without any reason. they don't think our employers so employess why suggest this is good. Really Is not good for new employess

Atos is good place to work in terms of work life balance. Before pandemic work from home policy was not so good. But now you may take work from home if your manager approved. Also you will get reimbursement of internet bill. All depends on your project and Project manager.

compensation is less compare to the industry for the old employee. New joiners will be benefited if they wanted to join.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.
