before new organization structure, we got opportunity to learn new technologies and got opportunity and good understanding between employee and employers.

New organization structure, only for organization extera profit, we need to work without variable pay. compulsory should not have leave balance. most of employees effect goes in vein. no opporunity. not good understanding between emolyer and employee.

... of the company is very strong ethics and policy. Job security is best in class. Shift Compensation is good, if you work in 24/7 projects. Overall a great company for freshers.

Appraisal is very poor! Managers dont recognize the hard working executives. It is very difficult to get hold of a technical role, if you are a fresher. Working hours is extended sometimes till 9:30 pm to 10:00 pm on somedays.

...s employee friendly facilities and immense opportunity to grow with the company. However the compensation is low as compare to other companies. Wipro should concentrate on employee compensation and benifit.

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.
