Work from home is good way to secure throughout the pendamic. I have no problem while working from home. But it hard to find another project after coming in free pool.

Wipro not providing any training for Boat employee to career growth and also package is very low even after 2.5 year experience in wipro.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

Dislikes

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.
