Likes

Company policies and office campuses are quite good. Also, employees can have well managed work life balance. Safe pick up drop facility in shifts. Its a brand name.

- Salary structure is poor when employees have internal movements (BPS to IT) . Some times, it gets reduced than what employee was getting earlier. - Very bad appraisal system and salary hike - Too much politics - Client is more important over employees' serious issue - Literally have to beg for promotion or increment
