I'm learning new things and skill. They collaborate and provide adequate support to one another and ensure that work runs smoothly and gets delivered on time. Good work culture and potential. It has nice atmosphere and almost all colleagues are we cooperative.

Dislikes

Very less payscale for freshers compared to other organization. Very less appraisal and hike. Employee have to pay PF for them as well for company. Less care about employees. No two site cap transport facility.

... it depends on the project you are working. and obviously job security is there. you will get the salary on time and also as per company terms only.

As a third party employee there is no career growth in this company. also, there is no increment in salary as well.

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Dislikes

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

Job security is better other companies. They don’t work on hire and fire basis.

Dislikes

If wipro is your first company, it is very difficult to get a competitive salary after 3-4 years or after that. Promotion is also very difficult to get. Even for laterals, they don’t get hikes once they hired( or it is too less)

Other than salary and appraisal.. you will like the culture .

Dislikes

If you stay long in this company , you will be taken as granted . No hike , no promotion pathetic HR policy . It’s been 13 year with Wipro .
