I started my carrier from Wipro technologies back in 2010.Being a fresher I learnt alot that really helped me afterwards.Work culture & Job security were the good points I found there.

Since I joined as a fresher and I was there for 3 years but from compensation point of view I didn't get that much of hike.

Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.

Earning money only enginners in the any MNC or product based company . Now the developers only not getting proper projects and salaries cuts

colleagues are good and supportive upskilling policy quarterly appreciation for good work and star performers

I love working with Wipro, as it provides many opportunities to enhance skills and encourages learning new ones

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.
