In the realm of the average work culture in which I was engaged, I had a bittersweet experience. Regrettably, the sentiment was significantly more bitter than sweet. One of the aspects of my experience working at Wipro that I particularly appreciated was the team I was a part of. They were exceptionally supportive and maintained my engagement, thereby encouraging me to contribute more effectively.The workload was also moderate, provided one possesses the ability to navigate through intricate tasks using effective strategies.

Dislikes

The payment schedule is bad, and I'm speaking just for myself. It makes sense that associate roles in Kolkata-based organizations typically have low pay grades, but everyone hopes to advance. Here's where I felt let down by Wipro. No action was being taken by my manager or the HR inspite of the fact that the issue was raised numerous times by the eligible representatives. The number of thresholds and KPIs that had to be met just to get the minimum incentive was not acceptable. Team communication was exceptionally destitute and major team related choices from the upper administration was scarcely talked about with the group, clearing out us totally surprised when we come to know approximately anything hence clearing out us no choice to precise our conclusions and opinions.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Dislikes

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.
