Salary increments is a big issue. If you are working with an employer for a long time. Then you have a loyalty towards your organization. But good employees who stay longer are not given good increments but new hires are given good packages. Wipro need to work on its increments and appraisal system.

...pany as i got project i had better opportunities, skills and technology as well. but most of the employees i saw are frustred and are not doing anything or are on loss of pay due to know work. so if you are getting any work. work passionately and be honest woth your job.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.

There salary structure is very poor. 15% variable is there and average you will get max 50% of that amount however company is performing well then also. means total loss and disappointment.
