You will not get fired easily so job security is surely there. Obviously they are not paying you enough so the work load is not that much as well.

...t other teams but I experienced I had and my friends are having, it's not right. People are missing their pay and no one is taking accountability for that.

You get paid on time but at the same time QPLC is there to make sure you are not paid 100%. Brand is okay, most people will like you are there except you

Salary is never full, whole CTC package is not actual package, you get deductions in the form of variable pay as that's paid upto 70 or 80%. Chances of promotion are low, you will remain on same position for years. shift timings are whopping 9.5 hours+ 30 mins additional which it takes to connect to streaming service.

...ost of the times and when we tried to go to restroom they literally pull you. Make you for extra hours without any extra pay.

No salary hike until you work for 2 years. No promotion cycle ubtil you work for 2 years. I have seen plenty of employees who got salary hike after 2 years of joining. Pressure is absolutely high. There is not work boundry. Any one can asked to do anything.

They have multiple centers so you get to visit them off and on.

...re you get along well with your bosses in order to get along in your career too. If your boss likes you, you'll get the best of salary hikes and promotions and job exposure. I have myself seen decisions like this being taken on the basis of who the manager liked the most.
