The support system is good and the managers and team leader also good.

Dislikes

The salary is also less, the shift timings are 10:30. In that too if I am late by even 1 minutes then I don't get DSI. The target increases every month and whatever is put in the plan is also difficult. If there is some problem then work from home not allowed. Every time he keeps fearing that he will put me on the action plan.

New employees were taken into payroll not on contract. Good Team building exercises.

...ome, even though work can be done from Home. Horrible leadership and management. Below par salary. Ruining work life balance. Office timings were too much. Horrible experience overall.

Work culture is great at Wipro. We have Managers and Sr. Managers who take care of our concerns related to anything it could be official or personal.

Dislikes

If anyone is looking for a good salary package Wipro is not the place where he/she should go for. There is no joining bonus, no festive bonus nor there is annual bonus issued to the employee bucket.

Company has only big name as in my office of airoli (Us payroll process) company does not allow night allowances. Many other facilities are not provided.

Dislikes

Completed 2 years the have reverse the Offer letter which is wrong the salary got decreased and they have given some silly reasons of that. No increment no progression, have no errors in process than also.
