There is a huge cafeterias and game arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary

There is a bond of 2 years before which u cannot resigns on the job traning is not given to new jioiness

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. I'm thr job training is not given to new jionees.

Earlier there was flexibility and Social life was balanced. But later multiple changes in Management ( Mid layer and Sr Layer) level of job satisfaction has gone down.

...p doesnt take ownership of placing the resources especially during COVID times Compensation has always been an issue due to which attrition is always High VP-LOB head doesn't take interest in business and there is favortism with non performing Account Head which spoils the environment Account Head doesnt take ownership of anything. Very indecisive and concerns raised by team to HR, LOB Head are not addressed.

They kept me in freepool, without client billing..however made me work for internal project Byt wipro considered it as freepool , I waited for 3months and resigned After resigning they forcefully tagged me in a project without salary In Final settlement they asked to pay back 1lkh , and not paying me salary of 40 days work that I done If I reach HR and final settlement team, they are not ready to assist, they just say please refere the final settlement document They are not even ok to have a discussion
