Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

...ised from my end. Very less/no perks and benefits on relocation to tier 1 city. Very less pay compared to work.

There is no proper guidance in your future growth, no SALARY HIKE. However hard u work if u don’t have good repo with manager you are no one

...tent. If you are applying as a fresher, then please serve only for an year or 1.5 years, then try searching opportunities elsewhere, otherwise you’ll end up working in same place at low salary

...y reason for me to go for a switch. Also the annual increment is WORST in wipro. There have been instances in the past where my friends got 200-300 rs hike in their salary after working consistently for an year. Obviously it depends on your performance, however even if you outperform your salary won’t hike to that what you expect initially. Worst Salary increment and very poor growth opportunities are the main setbacks here.

Wipro work environment is too friendly and . About learning and improving skills this is the right place for them those who wants to improve their skills and good experience

Dislikes

About salary and management, Salary is on time but hikes company in not giving on their prescribed date which they decided. They always try to extend the promotion cycle.
