The company culture, the people (colleagues and team leads) are good. It doesn't stay the same if you go up the hierarchy. Job security is quite a big factor why everyone is sticking here.

Dislikes

You need to work for atleast 1.5 years (18 months) to get promoted. They pay the least in the market and the increment in salary doens't even beat inflation. Even if you work very hard for the non sensical data points, they will drive you insane by the time you come to realise that you've lost a part of yourself. 0 Work satisfaction. Mostly filled up with non-ambitious people who do not have any intention or interest in making any considerable change in the society or the world. The world these people live in revolve around the non-sense data points which are always rigged against you such that you do the most amount of labour thinking the lowest of yourself, not if but when, you are unable to achieve them.

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious

Dislikes

Salary and hike structure is very bad also you will find boot lickers everywhere

This organisation invests a lot in upskilling employees. You will have Job Security. No compromises on non-compliance & POSH

Dislikes

Lot of extra hours. Poor salaries. Peanuts in names of appraisals. Performance bonus is turned into retention bonus.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Employee benefits but specific project management interfere ln it.

Dislikes

...every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Management try to reduce your salary. You can see you package will increase but reduce you in hand salary. Any time management fire you without any reason when they need to reduce FT.
