Salary benefits should be better, and the rules and regulation of WASEian should be reviewed and balanced with the current market perspective.

In wipro people are encouraged to upskill and canteen is of very high standard with reasonable price.

Dislikes

Almost no salary hike. Company's so called 5 values generally not applicable/followed by senior/management/HR persons. Office politics and biasness is very much present. Extra hour and day working is normal here. For that you will not get any benefit apart from comp off.

I was at KDC so can say about that: You will have more or less a chilled life as because job risk is less, Mostly all the managers and team members are like a family, If you are in a easy project you can take leaves without hesitation,

Dislikes

UUUFFFF Many: No proper management, if in bench no salary after 45 days! No upgradation of skill, medium to good politics, limited onsite opportunities while managers say lies about sending onsite while taking interview so beaware, Cheap mentality for giving payouts

...mg team , manager no-one is able to find project. Hr forced to give resignation. They didn't even pay salary to employee in bench.. gratuity leave encashment medical claim which I yet to pay , not given to me.

Nothing I liked in wipro. That's why I didn't write anything good in above like section. So it's clear that what I should write in dislike section.

There is nothing good about Wipro. Only one thing is there,that is when you have any problem & raise a ticket they take action within one hour.

...ng they said but lastly wipro failed to gave us one single billable opportunity. For recission period Wipro downfall began & they introduce LOP where more than one year of non-billability means end of salary & after 6 months they will lay off you. Beside this I know many guys who don't have any coding knowledges & skills, the got projects. Lastly wipro said to LOP candidate that it is your job to find projects, do find. How can we found projects as we are freshers & we just joined company. 6. Also managers are not as good as they described in campus program. Me & my friend tried to connect with 100+ PM, RM, ADH, WMG but few of them respond. Most of them don't even reply once & others said that "we understand situation but we are helpless". 7. Now they lay off me without any project experience giving the reason not be able to find billable project. My carrier is already go down but i don't want to happen this with others so please don't join wipro. Look for other companies. 8. If you don't believe my words go check with 2022&2023 batch guys who joined wipro (some guys are still waiting for onboarding, wipro failed to onboard people)
